Short Porch Horror Shop Loaded Senior Slowpitch Bat
Welcome back to the Horror Shop. This time, we took the restrictions off.
You already know the name. Now meet the 2026 Short Porch Horror Shop Senior, a loaded SSUSA senior slowpitch softball bat built for players who aren't interested in taking it easy just because somebody put "Senior" on the label.
An 11.5" Aramid composite barrel with Short Porch's DDT and Spin Tech delivers the explosive feel and performance senior players expect, wrapped in one of the darkest designs Short Porch has ever released. The cracked walls, blood splatter and warning signs aren't decoration. They're a preview.
Bring it to the plate, find your pitch, and let Horror Shop do what it was built to do.
Horror Shop Senior Bat Features
11.5" Aramid Composite Barrel
A compact 11.5-inch Aramid composite barrel keeps the swing quick and controllable while delivering the hot, responsive hitting surface senior players want.
DDT and Spin Tech
Short Porch's DDT and Spin Tech are built into the barrel to push explosive performance and the feel that keeps you coming back for one more round.
Loaded Two-Piece Construction
The two-piece build adds flex through the zone and helps reduce sting on mishits. The loaded weight profile puts extra mass toward the end of the barrel for hitters who want to drive the ball.
Senior Certified: SSUSA, ISA, NSA and USSSA Senior
Approved for SSUSA senior play, plus ISA, NSA and USSSA Senior divisions. Always confirm your league or tournament bat rules before game day.

Horror Shop Senior Bat FAQ
Is the Horror Shop Senior bat legal for SSUSA play?
Yes. The 2026 Horror Shop Loaded Senior is certified for SSUSA senior slowpitch and also carries ISA, NSA and USSSA Senior approval. Always check your league or tournament rules before you play.
Can I use this senior bat in USSSA open or adult rec leagues?
No. Senior-certified bats are approved only for senior divisions. For USSSA open play, choose the Horror Shop Loaded USSSA or another bat from our USSSA slowpitch bats collection.
Does the Horror Shop Senior bat come with a warranty?
No. This model is sold with no warranty and no performance guarantee. Please choose your weight carefully and follow proper care guidelines.
What does "Loaded" mean on a senior slowpitch bat?
Loaded means extra weight sits toward the end of the barrel. That end-loaded feel helps stronger hitters carry more momentum through contact for added distance. Hitters who prefer a quicker swing often choose a balanced bat instead.
What weights does the Horror Shop Senior come in?
The Horror Shop Loaded Senior is available in 25 oz, 26 oz and 27 oz. Pick the weight you can swing with control and consistent bat speed.
How do I break in a composite senior slowpitch bat?
Take gradually harder swings with real softballs, rotating the bat a quarter turn every few hits. Avoid batting cage balls, and don't use composite bats in temperatures below roughly 60°F, since cold makes composite fibers more prone to cracking.
