At Smash It Sports, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That's why most bats sold come with a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty, ensuring that you have the support you need in case of any issues. To activate your warranty, all you need is a valid receipt from us.

Important Information:

  • Warranty Claims: All warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer, not by Smash It Sports. If you encounter any problems with your bat, we can guide you to the appropriate manufacturer’s website or provide you with the contact information to help you resolve your claim.

Smash It Sports – Limited Warranty Information

At Smash It Sports, we stand behind the quality and performance of the products we manufacture and distribute. Our products are built to meet — and often exceed — industry standards for durability and performance. That said, all materials are subject to natural wear and fatigue over time.

For select Smash It Sports branded and Family of brands products, we offer a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Products not specifically identified as carrying a warranty are sold “as-is” and without warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Purchase and/or use of any Smash It Sports Family product constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Limited Warranty.

Warranty Eligibility

This Limited Warranty applies only to:

  • Products purchased directly from Smash It Sports or an authorized Smash It Sports dealer

  • Products accompanied by a valid copy of the original sales receipt

  • The original purchaser of the product

Smash It Sports reserves the right to inspect any product submitted for warranty evaluation to determine eligibility.

General Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to discoloration, fading, minor scratches, scuffs, paint chips, abrasions, burns, or other surface wear from regular use

  • Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or excessive use

  • Products purchased from non-authorized dealers, individual resellers, auction sites, or third-party marketplace sellers (unless the seller is an authorized Smash It Sports dealer)

  • Products with a usage history inconsistent with the claim submitted

  • Products not accompanied by a valid original sales receipt, or where proof of purchase does not match the product being claimed

  • Products transferred from the original purchaser

  • Products that have been altered, modified, customized after-market, or tampered with in any way (including removal or defacement of serial numbers)

  • Products that have not been properly cared for, maintained, or stored (including exposure to moisture, flooding, fire, electrical damage, pet damage, or other environmental factors)

  • Stolen or lost items

  • Products repaired or attempted to be repaired by anyone other than Smash It Sports or an authorized service provider

  • Damage caused by the use of non-approved parts or accessories

  • Counterfeit products

  • Products received as gifts without proof of original purchase

  • Products won through promotions, raffles, sweepstakes, or contests

  • Products with defects discovered after the applicable warranty period

  • Products sold as “as-is,” “used,” “without warranty,” or “demo” items

Additional Terms

Smash It Sports reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage. If approved, Smash It Sports may elect to repair or replace the product with the same or comparable model based on availability.

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only within the United States unless otherwise required by law.

Extend - Product Protection Plans:

At Smash It Sports, we offer Extend Product Protection Plans to give you peace of mind on select products, including bats, roller bags, fielding gloves, and other gear. These optional extended protection plans, available for 1, 2, or 3 years, help cover unforeseen damages or issues that aren't covered by standard manufacturer warranties.

For example, you can protect a $329.99 bat with plans like:

  • 1 year for $32.99
  • 2 years for $59.99
  • 3 years for $84.99

These plans begin from the date of purchase and cover accidental damage or issues not covered under the manfacturer warranty, making them a valuable add-on for items prone to wear and tear.

For instance:

  • Example 1: Accidentally left your fielding glove in the rain? With Extend, it's covered for up to 3 years.
  • Example 2: Bought a bat with a 1-year manufacturer warranty? Add a 2- or 3-year Extend plan for protection that goes beyond the manufacturer’s coverage.

Eligible products still include the free standard manufacturer warranty, and you do not need to purchase the Extend plan to maintain basic coverage. However, Extend adds that extra level of security!
