If you own an item on the Bounty List, submit your proof of ownership via the form below. Follow the below steps listed in the form to provide proof of ownership.
- You must take (1) picture that contains the following 2 items:
 1- The product with the limited # showing .
 2- A piece of paper with the following information
1) your name
2) the date

3- Verification:
Our team reviews your submission to confirm authenticity.

4- Claim Your Reward:
