Shirt of The Month Club Billing FAQ –  
If you start your subscription within the first 15 days of a month you will get a shirt the following month. If you start a subscription after the 15th day of a month, you will not receive a shirt until the next order is placed.
Here are some examples:  
• Kevin purchased a subscription on January 2nd. His first shirt will be ordered on January 15th and will ship by mid-February. 
• Dave purchased a subscription on January 18th. So, his first shirt would not ship until the next order is placed on February 15th and would ship around the second half of March. 
 
Shirt of the Month subscriptions would bill on a recurring basis. The initial sign-up would be the customer's first month's payment. Their first shirt will ship the following month. All recurring charges take place on the 1st of every recurring month. Orders are placed on the 15th of each month. If you contact us to cancel after the 1st of the month, you will receive the next shipment and the following month will be cancelled.  The customer will be able to opt-out/cancel after the 2nd month of the subscription.  
 
Here are  examples based on the scenarios above: 
• Kevin purchased a subscription on January 2nd. Kevin will be charged on January 2nd, and then recurring on the 1st of every month. Kevin's first shirt will be ordered on January 15th and will ship by mid-February. He is committed to receiving a shirt in February and March. He will not be able to opt out until March 1st. 
 
• Dave purchased a subscription on January 25th. Dave will be charged on January 25th, and then not charged again until March 1st, and then recurring on the 1st of every month. His first shirt will be ordered on February 15th, and will ship in March. He's committing to receive a shirt in March and April. The subscription auto-renews each month until canceled and he would not be able to opt out until April 1st. 
 
• Kate has been receiving shirts for the last 6 months, she messages us on March 5th that she would like to cancel her subscription. She would have already been charged on March 1st, so she will receive a shirt in April, and then her subscription will be canceled.
