My daughter loves this bag. It was damaged in shipping(it happens) They were quick to help fix the situation. The bag she ordered was out of stock so they issued a refund so we could order a new one. We ordered it the moment we were sent the refund 10000/10 customer service. Will definitely be ordering more products.
