Ordered April 23rd arrived the 28th in Canada. Only issues I got is the buttons for the shelves were a pain in the ass, and I wish I could get a little bit more into the bag. Trying to fit all my baseball gear and slow pitch gear in the one bag like I was hoping is a challenge. But overall absolutely love the bag and highly recommended it. Almost want to order the same one but back pack style but can’t afford both lol
I'll write a review when/if I get my bag. I ordered on Mar 29. I got a notification it was due to arrive on Apr 3. The verbiage used on the website said expect 8-10 days IF you are adding embroidery, not just in general. Ok, I added a name and a number to the bag; 6 letters and 2 numbers. It is now Apr 26, 4 weeks after originally ordered. That is TWENTY business days. The few emails I have received(only because I reached out numerous times) have given the reason as "...we're under extremely high volume right now..." and the "The bag in your order requires custom embroidery, which unfortunately has been delayed due to seasonal demand..." Then told no date can be given but my order is in line and "being prioritized..." How is my order being prioritized twenty business days after ordered? Can we not get this fixed? This bag is TOO expensive to be waiting this long with nothing to show for it! :-(
