These cleats say “true to size” but run 2 shoe sizes smaller. I bought 2 different sizes hoping one would fit and neither did. The “Manager of Customer Service” is extremely rude and not willing to help with any accommodation on how the item has 3 different possible measurement (true to size, men’s size, and runs small) and when told that the listing is extremely contradicting and I asked to return for a gift card was hung up on. When calling back she then stated to NEVER call her again.
I do not recommend buying these or anything else from this company.
