I ordered these for my wife. Tried to find sizing info and all I could find is that these shoes are now offered in "mens" sizes. I took that as true for these shoes and ordered the men's size equivalent for my wife. These were intended for her birthday and were ordered on June 3rd. I paid over $20 for shipping and had to wait 11 days for them to arrive.
When I opened the bag to inspect and wrap the shoes as a gift, I discovered that the box was in very poor condition and had been taped multiple times, I decided to look at the shoes and once I had them in my hand I realized they were too small.
I sent an email to SIS to inquire about an exchange and was told that I would have to pay to ship the shoes back, once inspected by SIS they would process my refund. I could also order a new pair and pay shipping for those in hopes that my original pair get refunded properly.
So in short. I bought a pair of shoes for my wife that were "supposed" to be men's sizes for $79 plus $20 shipping, paid another $20 for shipping to return said shoes and the companies solution is to buy a replacement pair and wait for a refund that might not happen because of the condition of the box they sent me.
I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on.
