Tell them to click the link on the BOTTOM that says "Working with a rep, click here instead" Customer fills out form to customize the glove. They click "Add to Cart" when complete. Customer is sent to SIS web site and asked to enter their name. They are given a CODE. They will be given a custom code ID# (6-8 digits). Please place that in your order notes during checkout here. This code is used to match the order in case they fill out the form several times, which happens often.
Ordering time given to us by Rawlings is 4-6 weeks. Most are 4 weeks. Note: Orders to Canada come to SIS first, then we reship to the customer USPS. US orders ship directly from Rawlings via FedEx Express.
