At checkout, we do offer Route Shipping Protection, which clearly states that without this coverage, packages are not protected against loss, theft, or damage once in transit. Since this optional protection was declined at the time of purchase, we’re limited in how we can assist until USPS completes their investigation and determines the outcome. If they approve the claim, we’ll absolutely issue a store credit per our policy.
