I’m about 40-50 swings into this new bat.
I kinda messed up by getting a 25oz , wasn’t paying attention when I went back in to finish my order.
But I must say that the 25 swings heavier than it sounds. I generally swing 27 so I was expecting a bit of a difference. Not very noticeable, although it did seem like I might have sacrificed a little distance. Again, only about 40-50 swings and the pitcher wasn’t really on his game that morning at practice.
The grip feels great! I usually do a lizard grip or something similar, but right out of the wrapper this felt better! Gonna put the wrappers outta business with this excellent stock grip.
Beautiful paint, solid bat that I am looking forward to breaking in more. It’s not “cold” out of the wrapper, but I feel that it needs more time before we call it “hot”
