I was in the market for a new bat bag. Found this gem on sale. Holds everything but the kitchen sink! Totally satisfied with the quality and design of the bag.
This bag is just what we need for size. The one big downfall is the defective zipper on the main section. It’s not sewn in properly, or it’s just a defective zipper, but it won’t stay closed. The zipper keeps opening and will only function using it from one direction, which is a challenge for a child to remember. I contacted customer support immediately upon delivery and have yet to hear back. It’s been almost 2 weeks.
