Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders quickly and accurately, ensuring every customer receives their order on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
- Pick items from warehouse shelves and bins based on order sheets.
- Accurately pack orders to prevent damage during shipping while optimizing packing efficiency.
Inventory & Organization
- Restock shelves and maintain organized picking areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and quality checks.
- Report low stock levels, damaged products, or discrepancies to management.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow safety guidelines for lifting, operating warehouse equipment, and handling shipments.
- Assist with incoming shipments, including unloading, checking, and storing products.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
