Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Smash It Sports 2026 Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway” or “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Smash It Sports (“Sponsor”), located at:

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on September 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on September 30, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).

All eligible retail-store and online purchase entries must be completed during the Giveaway Period. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2026, and received by October 7, 2026.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individual legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada who are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence before the date of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Smash It Sports, Smash It Cards, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.

“Immediate family members” include parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, spouses, and domestic partners. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How To Enter

Entrants may receive an entry by one of the methods below.

A. Retail Store Purchase Entry

During the Giveaway Period, make an eligible in-store retail purchase at Smash It Sports, located at 1861 Scottsville Road, Building 600, Rochester, NY 14623.

Each eligible completed retail-store purchase transaction will receive one entry into the retail-store drawing pool.

One potential winner will be selected from the eligible retail-store purchase-entry pool. That winner will have the first choice of the three available prizes described in Section 5.

A retail purchase that is returned, canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed will void the associated entry. Sponsor may disqualify entries connected with fraudulent, incomplete, or ineligible transactions.

B. Online Purchase Entry

During the Giveaway Period, make an eligible purchase through either:

• SmashItSports.com; or

• SmashItCards.com.

Each eligible completed online order will receive one entry into the online-entry drawing pool.

Two potential winners will be selected from the eligible online-entry drawing pool. After the retail-store winner selects a prize, the two online winners will select from the remaining prizes in the order in which they are drawn and confirmed eligible by Sponsor.

Online orders that are returned, canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed will void the associated entry. Sponsor may disqualify entries connected with fraudulent, incomplete, or ineligible orders.

C. No-Purchase Mail-In Entry

To enter without making a purchase, legibly hand-print the following information on a 3-inch by 5-inch card or piece of paper:

• Full legal name

• Complete mailing address

• Phone number

• Date of birth

• Email address

Mail the entry card in a hand-addressed #10 business-size envelope with proper postage affixed to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2026, and received by October 7, 2026.

Each eligible mail-in entry receives one entry into the online-entry drawing pool. Mail-in entrants are eligible for one of the two online-entry prizes. Mail-in entrants are not eligible for the retail-store winner’s first-choice drawing position.

Limit one mail-in entry per person during the Giveaway Period.

Mail-in entry cards and envelopes must be hand-printed by the entrant only. Entrants may not use a third-party organization, commercial sweepstakes-entry service, automated service, or any other person to assist with entry preparation or submission. Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments, multiple entries mailed together, mechanically reproduced entries, photocopied entries, or mass-produced entries will not be accepted.

Sponsor will not acknowledge receipt of mail-in entries or respond to requests for confirmation of receipt.

5. Prizes

Three prizes will be awarded:

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is approximately $1,000 as of the date these Official Rules were written. The total ARV of all prizes is approximately $3,000.

The retail-store winner will select first from the three prizes. The two remaining prizes will be awarded to the two eligible online-entry-pool winners in the order in which they are drawn and confirmed eligible.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. No cash alternative is available. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable, cannot be fulfilled, is lost, damaged, or otherwise cannot reasonably be awarded.

Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding a prize’s future market value, investment value, resale value, grading value, or condition beyond the applicable PSA designation and holder.

6. Entry Limits

Each eligible completed retail-store purchase and each eligible completed online order receives one entry, subject to these Official Rules.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The free mail-in method of entry provides an equal opportunity to enter the online-entry drawing pool without making a purchase.

Limit one mail-in entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Use of multiple identities, email addresses, accounts, addresses, payment methods, or other methods to obtain entries in excess of the stated limits may result in disqualification.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

Three potential winners will be selected by random drawing on or about October 7, 2026.

• One potential winner will be selected from all eligible retail-store purchase entries.

• Two potential winners will be selected from all eligible online purchase entries and valid mail-in entries.

Sponsor will conduct the drawing using a random-number generator or another random selection method selected by Sponsor.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the applicable drawing pool. The odds for the retail-store winner depend on the number of valid retail-store purchase entries received. The odds for each online-entry-pool winner depend on the number of eligible online purchase entries and mail-in entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted by telephone call, text message, and/or email using the contact information provided with the entry or associated with an eligible purchase.

Each potential winner must respond to Sponsor within seven (7) calendar days after the initial notification attempt. A potential winner who does not respond within that time, cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, is found ineligible, declines the prize, fails to complete requested documentation, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified. Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner.

Potential winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, eligibility, residency, mailing address, and any documentation reasonably required by Sponsor, including an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where permitted, and tax documentation.

9. Canadian Winners

Canadian entrants are eligible to participate, subject to these Official Rules and applicable law.

Before being declared a winner, a Canadian potential winner may be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor. This type of requirement is commonly used for Canadian promotional contests involving random drawings.sfu+1

Canadian winners are solely responsible for all delivery costs, customs duties, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, provincial or territorial fees, and any other costs, obligations, or considerations associated with receiving, importing, possessing, or using a prize in Canada.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, seizure, non-delivery, or additional charges arising from customs processing, import restrictions, shipping restrictions, or Canadian federal, provincial, territorial, or local requirements.

10. Taxes and Delivery

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, provincial, territorial, local, and other taxes, duties, fees, costs, and expenses associated with accepting and using a prize.

Sponsor may require United States winners to complete IRS Form W-9 and may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax form where required by law.

Sponsor will arrange prize shipment or delivery after winner verification. Sponsor is not responsible for a prize that is lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, or undeliverable after shipment, except as required by law.

11. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, delayed, incomplete, damaged, illegible, corrupted, misdirected, unavailable, inaccurate, undelivered, or otherwise invalid. Sponsor is not responsible for website, technical, internet, software, hardware, telecommunications, printing, typographical, human, or administrative errors.

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits fraudulent entries, uses automated or unauthorized means to enter, attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

If the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned because of fraud, technical failures, security issues, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and, if appropriate, select winners from eligible entries received before the applicable action.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Smash It Sports, Smash It Cards, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies from claims, losses, liabilities, injuries, damages, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use a prize.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor’s total liability under or in connection with the Giveaway or these Official Rules will not exceed the cost price of the applicable prize. Sponsor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Publicity and Privacy

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state/province, likeness, photograph, voice, social-media username, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment, notice, or consent.

Sponsor will use personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, award and ship prizes, meet legal obligations, and as otherwise stated in Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy.

14. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X, formerly known as Twitter; YouTube; TikTok; Instagram; Facebook; Meta; or any other social-media platform.

If the Giveaway is promoted through a social-media platform, entrants understand that they provide their information to Sponsor, not to the social-media platform.

15. Scam Warning

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. If selected as a potential winner, you will be contacted through the telephone number, text message capability, and/or email address you provided to Sponsor.

Sponsor will never ask a winner to provide credit-card details, bank information, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or payment of any kind to claim a prize. Sponsor does not use social-media direct messages to notify Giveaway winners. Any request for payment or financial information in connection with this Giveaway is likely a scam.

16. Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute related to the Giveaway will be resolved individually, and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
