Smash It Sports Giveaway Terms & Conditions
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, The "Prize" refers to Free Team set of uniforms. Team Set is uniforms for up to 12 players. Uniforms is defined as Shirt, Pants, hat, visor, or headband, and socks.
- By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by Sunday, September 11th, 2022. One (1) winner will be selected at random by Smash It Sports and the winner will be notified by text message or email of their prize.
- Smash It Sports Giveaway with entry is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and Canada. and are the legal age of majority in their state or country of residence prior to the date of entry. Employees of Sponsors, Smash It Sports and its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.
- No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
- Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
- Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
- Each entrant shall enter the competition via signing up and agreeing to receive promotional messages from Smash It Sports via Text Message and/or email e-mail.
- The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered, using a random number generator. Smash It Sports will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
- Smash It Sport will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Smash It Sports takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Smash It Sports liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Smash It Sports shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and Smash It Sports and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Smash It Sports reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
- The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to Smash It Sports if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Smash It Sports reasonable control, Smash It Sports reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
- Smash It Sports decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner’s name and social media username(s) may be posted on the social media profiles of Smash It Sports after the winner has been selected.

So far I’ve loved it. The grip feel, the way it sounds it makes contact with the ball. I feel I get more distance than with normal bats. Highly recommend!

Right out of the box, the bat feels comfortable. I bought a 25 oz. Mutated 2 and the first swing felt very good. If you hit the ball on the sweet spot it jumps off the barrel. I did not order the break in service, so I’m going to enjoy breaking this bad boy in. Definitely going to be a go to in my bat rotation
The knob grip that I ordered is very comfortable and easy to put on . It came in the color I ordered and adds an accent to the bat. It makes the bat easier to grip therefore a better swing.
