Your purchase is protected under our 120-Day Gem Glove Guarantee, which covers manufacturing defects and material flaws for 120 days from the date you receive your gloves.
While no batting glove lasts forever, Gem Gloves are designed to hold up longer, perform better, and stay softer with proper use and care. Should your pair experience a legitimate defect during that window, we’ll provide a one-time replacement, free of charge.

Coverage Details
- Applies only to the original buyer of the gloves
- Claims must be filed within 120 days of delivery
- Each pair is eligible for a single replacement under this policy
- All requests are evaluated individually at Gem Glove’s discretion

This guarantee focuses on craftsmanship, not natural wear or misuse. The following situations are not covered under the policy:
- Routine wear and tear from play or practice
- Cosmetic blemishes or minor scuffs
- Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or accidents
- Exposure to adhesives, chemicals, moisture, or extreme heat
- Gloves that have been altered, repaired, or modified by others
- Items purchased with third-party protection or insurance plans
- Limited release or final sale gloves
How to File a Claim
If you believe your gloves qualify for a replacement, email info@GemGloves.com and provide the following:
